The way Weebly works, there is no image manager. You can't upload a picture and then reference it in several places. That picture has to be uploaded every time you want it displayed on a page. Our Giving page displays videos. Those videos allow a static image to represent the video before the play button is clicked. The static image displayed for each video is below. This page is only needed as long as we advertise videos on the Giving page and opt for a custom static image to represent each video. This page is the holding place for that content.
